How paying works

Half to start, half after you're back in. Here is the full picture, with nothing hidden.

  1. Free case check: $0

    Tell us what happened. Within 24 hours, we tell you if we can help, the odds and the price.

  2. You go ahead: first half

    You sign the written agreement, we check the account is really yours, and you pay the first half. Work starts straight away.

  3. You're back in: second half

    You pay the second half only after you're back in your account.

If it doesn't work

If you're not back in by the date in the agreement, you get the first half back, except $250. The $250 covers the work on your case.

For example, on a $2,000 case you pay $1,000 to start. If it doesn't work, $750 comes back to you.

Why do I pay anything before I'm back in?

Work on your case starts straight away, and the first half pays for it. If it doesn't work, you get the first half back, except $250 for the work done.

Can you promise it will work?

No one honest can. Meta makes the final call. That's why the second half is paid only after you're back in.

What if my case doesn't need paid help?

Then we'll tell you. Many lockouts can be fixed with the free routes, and our guides show you how, step by step.

What if the account gets banned again?

If the same ban comes back within 90 days of you getting back in, we work on it again for free.

Do you take crypto or gift cards?

No, never. You pay Zorixi Ltd, a registered UK company, under a written agreement.
