About Lockout Desk
Lockout Desk is a small, independent help desk for people locked out of Instagram, Facebook and Meta ad accounts. It's a trading name of Zorixi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Who we are
We publish free guides for everyone, and we take on cases where we can really help. Most of the people we help run a business, create for a living, or manage ads for clients. We work mostly with people in the US, and also the UK, Canada and Australia.
A real person reads every case check and replies by email within 24 hours. If you go ahead, you get a written agreement with Zorixi Ltd before you pay anything.
We're not affiliated with Meta. We help you use the official routes, honestly, and we tell you when a free route is enough.
How we work with your account
- The free case check never needs your password.
- If you hire us, we first sign a written agreement and check the account is really yours.
- You then share login access through a secure link or on a live call, never by DM or email. We only ask for a login code live, while we work.
- When we finish, you change your password. We keep no logins.
